Return or replacement requests may be considered in case of:

• Verified manufacturing defect
• Incorrect specifications or supply error from our side

Serial Number Products

• All products with a Serial Number are fully recorded in our system, including condition and delivery details at the time of delivery.
• Returns or replacements are only accepted after verifying the serial number and matching it with our internal records.

General Notes

• Each case is evaluated individually
• Returns may not be accepted in case of misuse or unauthorized modification
